Ingredients For crusty potato casserole

2 1/2 cinstant potato flakes

1/2 clite mayonnaise

2 1/2 cboiling water

3-4 Tbspbutter

salt & pepper to taste

3 Tbspnon-dairy coffee creamer

1 1/8 cshredded mozzarell cheese

1 clite sour cream

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/8 tsponion powder

1 Tbspbutter

1 ccrushed corn flakes
How To Make crusty potato casserole

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a 2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients except 1 tablespoon of butter and corn flakes.

2Mix ingredients thoroughly. Sprinkle corn flakes on top of potatoes. Scatter small pieces of remaining 1 tablespoon of butter around on corn flakes. Bake till golden brown. Serve hot.
