This potato side dish has been around forever, but it's always good. This is how I made mine this time.

Ingredients For crumb topped cheesy potatoes

  • 1/2 c
    1 stick butter, melted
  • 2
    10.5oz. cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 2 c
    shredded chedder cheese
  • 2 lb
    frozen hash browns
  • 1 c
    crushed, vegetable crackers

How To Make crumb topped cheesy potatoes

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350F. In a large skillet, melt butter, soup, sour cream, onion, and cheese. Stir in potatoes. Pour into a 13x9 baking dish.

    Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Then sprinkle top with crushed crackers and bake another 15 minutes. 8)
