This potato side dish has been around forever, but it's always good. This is how I made mine this time.

Ingredients For crumb topped cheesy potatoes

1/2 c1 stick butter, melted

210.5oz. cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 ptsour cream

1/2 conion, chopped

2 cshredded chedder cheese

2 lbfrozen hash browns
-
1 ccrushed, vegetable crackers
How To Make crumb topped cheesy potatoes

1Preheat oven to 350F. In a large skillet, melt butter, soup, sour cream, onion, and cheese. Stir in potatoes. Pour into a 13x9 baking dish.

2Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Then sprinkle top with crushed crackers and bake another 15 minutes. 8)
