12medium sized red potatoes

6 to 8 clovefresh garlic minced

8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1 csour cream

6 Tbspsalted butter

How To Make crock pot garlic mashed potatoes

1wash and quarter potatoes with shin on. Cover with water and cook on stove top till fork tender.

2With hand masher, mash potatoes, you want some lumps.

3Add minced garlic, cream cheese, sour cream and butter. If you want them to be thinner you can add more sour cream or a little half and half. Salt to taste.

4Put potatoes in crock pot and turn on low to keep warm till served.
