How To Make crock pot creamy cheesy ham & potatoes

In a greased (or lined with Reynold's Slow Cooker Liners) slow cooker, layer the potatoes, butter, cheese, ham & onion.

In a small bowl, combine soup & milk; whisk in flour & pepper.

Pour over potatoes. Cover & cook on low for 5 - 6 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
