Ingredients For crock pot cream cheese potatoes

  • 4 Tbsp
    chopped onion
  • 2 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 8
    medium potatoes, scrubbed and sliced (about 2 pounds)
  • 2 pkg
    (8 oz each) cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 4 slice
    cooked bacon, crumbled

How To Make crock pot cream cheese potatoes

    Spray the crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.

    In a small bowl, combine onion, garlic, salt and pepper.

    Layer 1/4 of potatoes in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with 1/4 of seasonings. Layer with 1/3 cream cheese and bacon. Continue the layering process ending with a layer of potatoes then sprinkle seasonings.

    Add milk.

    Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours. In the last hour of cooking stir potatoes to distribute cream cheese and bacon
