Ingredients For crispy potato wedges

  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    each dried basil, oregano and thyme
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 6 md
    potatoes , cut into wedges
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make crispy potato wedges

  • 1
    In a small bowl combine oil and seasonings. Add potato wedges and stir to coat. Arrange in a single layer on an ungreased 15x10-inch baking pan. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheeseand bake 10-15 more minutes longer or until crisp-tender. Makes 6 servings.
