Ingredients For crispy potato cubes

5 mdpotatoes, peeled and cut into one inch cubes ( i left the skin on mine, as we like them that way )

1/3 cflour

1/2 - 1 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsponion powder

3/4 tspsalt - i use kosher

1/2 tspmarjoram
-
1/2 tspthyme
-
1 tsppepper
-
1/4 cbutter, melted - 1/2 stick

2 clovegarlic, minced

1bay leaf
How To Make crispy potato cubes

1Preheat oven to 450 degree F.

2In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt,garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, marjoram and pepper. Add potatoes; seal bag and shake to coat.

3our butter into a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish; stir in the garlic.

4Add potatoes and bay leaf, spread evenly. Cover and bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Uncover and stir; bake 20 - 25 minutes longer or until potatoes are lightly browned and tender. Discard the bay leaf. I then place them in a serving bowl, and give a small sprinkling of kosher salt.
