Ingredients For crispy herb-crumb potatoes

6-8 mdpotatoes, peeled

3 tspmelted butter

1/4 cplain bread crumbs

1/4 cprogresso garlic and herb bread crumbs

1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 Tbspflat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
-
1 1/2 tsprosemary, finely chopped or crushed
How To Make crispy herb-crumb potatoes

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Place two bowls side by side. Place melted butter in one bowl and combine the two bread crumbs in another bowl.

3Roll the potatoes in melted butter and then in the bread crumb mixture.

4Place potatoes in a 9 x 9 pan. Pour any remaining butter over top of potatoes or you may spray the tops with vegetable spray.

5Cover and bake 50 minutes. Uncover potatoes and bake an additional 20 minutes or until tender and breading is crispy brown.
