10 cthinly sliced yukon potatoes

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1/4 cfinely chopped onion

1 cmilk

1 stickbutter

2 cgrated cheddar cheese, melted

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper
How To Make creamy scalloped yukon spuds

1Spread half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of a greased baking dish.

2In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients (except potatoes) and pour half the mixture over the first layer of potatoes.

3Repeat layers of potatoes and mixture.

4Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

5Uncover and bake 30 to 45 minutes longer.
