Ingredients For creamy scalloped potatoes

  • 8 oz
    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    lite sour cream
  • 1 c
    lower-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 lb
    red potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1
    6 oz pkg smoked ham, chopped
  • 8 oz
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    frozen peas.

How To Make creamy scalloped potatoes

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13" casserole pan w/ cooking spray.

    In lg bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and broth until blended. Add potatoes, ham, peas and 1-3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

    Spoon mix into casserole pan. Top w/ remaining cheese. Bake 1 hr, or until potatoes are tender.
