Ingredients For creamy mashed potatoes

  • 3 lb
    yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 stick
    butter, unsalted

How To Make creamy mashed potatoes

  • 1
    Peel and half potatoes. Place in a medium pot. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until tender (about 20 minutes). Drain water.

    Add cream and butter. Beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Serve and Enjoy!
