Ingredients For crabby hashbrowns

  • 18 oz
    shredded potatoes
  • 1/2 lb
    crab meat
  • 2
    green onions, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    minced dried garlic
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp
    heavy cream
  • 3 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 4 Tbsp
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make crabby hashbrowns

  • 1
    Mix crab, onions, garlic, cream cheese, mayonnaise, heavy cream, mustard, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

    Saute hashbrowns. Transfer to an oven proof dish. Top with crab mixture. Top with additional parmesan cheese if desired. Broil until hot and bubbly (about 5 mins).
