1 cyellow peppers

1 corange bell pepper

1/2 cred onion

How To Make country style potatoes

1Peel and cube potatoes

2Cook bacon and sausage then set aside.

3In a skillet, add olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add in onions and peppers. Cook about 5 minutes stirring often.

4Add potatoes and spices, cover and cook for about 5 minutes stirring often.

5Add bacon (broken into pieces) and sausage (broken into pieces) cover and cook for 5 minutes. Check potatoes and remove when cooked.

6Salt and pepper to taste.
