6 cthinly sliced potatoes

1/2 cchopped onion

1/4 colives, sliced
How To Make cottage cheese scalloped potatoes

1Melt butter; blend in flour and seasonings.

2Gradually add milk and cottage cheese. Stir and cook until thick.

3Combine potatoes and onion with sauce and cook until sauce comes to boil.

4Turn into a greased baking dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees F. until sauce returns to a boil - about 45 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until potatoes are tender - about 30 minutes.
