Ingredients For cornbread potatoes

  • 1
    box cornbread stuffing
  • 6-8
    large potatoes
  • mayonaise or miracle whip (i've used both and have used fat free)

How To Make cornbread potatoes

  • 1
    Wash and slice potatoes lengthwise. You should get 4 slices per potato.

    Spread mayonaise over all sides of potato slices and roll in cornbread stuffing.
  • 3
    Place on large baking sheet. Bake at 375 for about an hour or until tender.
