Ingredients For chive & ham creamy mash potatoes

1 lbpotatoes, peeled and cubed small

1/2 ccooked ham diced fine

1 Tbspfresh parsley chopped

2 Tbspbutter

4 oz4 oz whipped chives cream cheese

1egg

1/4 tspteaspoon nutmeg

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspground white pepper

How To Make chive & ham creamy mash potatoes

1Place diced potatoes in large pot of salted boiling water on stove bring to a boil and boil the potatoes for 12 minutes or so or until a knife insert easily. Drain the potatoes well and place back on stove and let potatoes dry a few minutes.

2Place the potatoes in a bowl mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and mix with electric mixer to a smooth. Garnish with chopped green onions.
