Ingredients For chimichangas

2 to 3 cshreded chicken,beff or pork
-
1/2 ceach chopped onions,bell pepper,tomato
-
1/2 cfried potatoes ( small cubes)

1/4 cany kind cooking oil
-
1 1/8 tspsalt and pepper or to taste, pinch of oregano
-
2 1/2 cshreded monterrey jack
-
1 csour cream
-
1 pkgflour tortillas
How To Make chimichangas

1Heat non stick pan add oil,onions,bell pepper,tomato and saute, add meat and potatoes, salt and pepper turn off heat.

2heat a gridle and warm tortillas fill with same amount, roll ends first then continue wraping to make a small burrito fry in hot oil, caefull not to burn,drain in brown bag,serve with sour cream, salsa and chesse.
