Ingredients For cheesy spicy sausage & peppers skillet

1 lbpolish sausage, cooked

2/3 conions, chopped

1 boxscalloped potatoes

1/8 tspground cayenne pepper

3 cwater
-
3/4 cmilk

1 Tbspbutter or margarine

2 1/2 cbell pepper mix (green, red, and yellow)
How To Make cheesy spicy sausage & peppers skillet

1Cook sausage and onion in 12-inch skillet until sausage is browned and onion is tender, stirring frequently. Drain off drippings.

2Add water, milk, sauce mix, potato slices, ground cayenne pepper, and butter. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Stir in bell pepper mix; simmer an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes and peppers are tender.
