Ingredients For cheesy scalloped potatoes

  • 1 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    (10 3/4 oz) cream of potato soup
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 lb
    red potatoes, thinly sliced (about 8)
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    chives, freshly snipped

How To Make cheesy scalloped potatoes

    HEAT oven to 350ºF.

    MIX first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.

    BAKE 55 min. or until potatoes are tender. SPRINKLE with chives.
