Ingredients For cheesy potatoes

  • 1-103/4-oz can
    condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    frozen hash-brown potatoes
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 c
    ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How To Make cheesy potatoes

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350". Combine soup and sour cream in a large bowl. Add potatoes and cheese; mix well. Spoon mixture into a 13x 9-inch baking pan. Combine the crushed crackers and butter: sprinkle evenly over potatoes. Bake for 50 minutes.
