This meatloaf is very good and is a SECOND PLACE WINNER . It goes great with green beans and mashed potatoes. and a tall glass of southern style ice tea

Ingredients For cheesy meatloaf

2 lbground beef

1 mdonion chopped
-
3/4 cfresh breadcrumbs

1/2 cmilk
-
1egg lightly beaten
-
1/2 tspgarlic salt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
3/4 ccheddar and monterey jack shredded cheese

1/4 cparmesan shredded cheese
How To Make cheesy meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2In a large bowl combine all ingredients, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape meat mixture into a loaf on a broiler pan.

3Bake 60 minutes or until meatloaf is cooked to medium doneness. Sprinkle with cheddar and Monterey Jack shredded cheese and Parmesan shredded cheese, and bake until cheese is melted.

4Let meatloaf stand 10 minutes before serving. The meatloaf is medium well to well done when it is 150 to 165 degrees in the center.
