This is a super simple hashbrown casserole and the cream cheese is the secret ingredient! My family absolutely loves these potatoes and this can be made the night before and refrigerated until you are ready to bake. Note that the bake time will be a bit longer, if you refrigerated it overnight. Enjoy!

Ingredients For cheesy hashbrown casserole

30 ozpkg of mr. dell's shredded potatoes - thawed

2 cancream of mushroom soup

8 ozcream cheese - softened (i use the tub variety)

8 ozsour cream
-
2 csharp cheddar cheese - shredded

1/2 lgonion - minced

salt & pepper to taste
How To Make cheesy hashbrown casserole

1Mix all ingredients until well-combined.

2Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until hot and bubbly throughout.
