This is a super simple hashbrown casserole and the cream cheese is the secret ingredient! My family absolutely loves these potatoes and this can be made the night before and refrigerated until you are ready to bake. Note that the bake time will be a bit longer, if you refrigerated it overnight. Enjoy!

Ingredients For cheesy hashbrown casserole

  • 30 oz
    pkg of mr. dell's shredded potatoes - thawed
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese - softened (i use the tub variety)
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
  • 1/2 lg
    onion - minced
  • salt & pepper to taste

How To Make cheesy hashbrown casserole

    Mix all ingredients until well-combined.

    Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until hot and bubbly throughout.
