My soon-to-be sister-in-law Beckah brought this tasty dish to the Easter meal and it was a huge hit. I'm sure a lot of folks have eaten it somewhere...so here is the recipe!

Ingredients For cheesy hashbrown casserole

  • 1 lb
    bag of shredded hash browns
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 pkg
    ritz crackers (individual rolled packs), crushed

How To Make cheesy hashbrown casserole

    Preheat over to 350 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients (except the Ritz cracker crumbs) in a bowl. Pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.

    Cover top of mixture evenly with cracker crumbs. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve warm.
