I came up with this recipe one night after I had made a huge ham and needed to find a way to use up the leftovers. I had everything in my pantry and it was a big hit. Now it always goes on the menu the week following a big ham dinner.

Ingredients For cheesy ham and tot casserole

  • 4 c
    ham, cubed
  • 1 jar
    ragu cheese sauce
  • 1 can
    condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    tater tots
  • salt to taste
  • adobo seasoning to taste

How To Make cheesy ham and tot casserole

    Place cubed ham in bottom of 11x14 in pan. Mix cheese sauce and mushroom soup and pour over ham.

    Season to taste with salt and adobo seasoning. Cover with tots.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before eating.

    NOTE: You can add a can of green beans over ham if you want a one dish meal.
