Ingredients For cheesy crabby bacony roasted taters

12new red potatoes

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 tspsea salt & freshly cracked black pepper

1/2 colive oil mayonnaise

5-6 sliceready bacon, chopped
-
6 ozaged white cheddar, grated

1 tspseafood seasoning-to taste
-
2 pinchthyme, dried
-
zest of 1 lemon
-
1/2 lblump crab meat
How To Make cheesy crabby bacony roasted taters

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Throw in potatoes and toss.

2Place potatoes on a large cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until fork tender.

3Slice potatoes in half and scoop out the flesh. Place potato halves back on cookies sheet. Mash potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add mayo, bacon, cheese, seafood seasoning, thyme and zest. Mix well. Fold in crab meat.

4Place potato mixture in potato halves and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is ooey & gooey.
