Ingredients For cheesey baconey mashed potatoes

  • 2 lb
    yukon gold potatoe
  • 1 c
    fresh bacon bits
  • 3/4 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 4 clove
    roasted garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, unsalted

How To Make cheesey baconey mashed potatoes

    wash and bake potaoes for 45 min-1 hr at 350

    fry bacon bits
  • 3
    in a large bowl mash the baked potaoes. than add butter, bacon bits, roast garlic. mash again until incorporated.

    add sour cream, heavy cream and cheese's, salt and pepper. mix together.
