I probably copied this recipe from a box of Betty Crocker potatoes back in the day. It was always a hit with my family and I'm sure it will be with yours as well.

1 pkgau gratin potato mix

2 cwater
-
2/3 cmilk

1 lbground beef
-
1 mdonion, sliced or chopped, as you prefer

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
2 mdtomatoes, sliced

4 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cheeseburger-potato pie

1Mix the potatoes and sauce packet from the potato mix with the water and milk in a 2-qt. casserole dish. Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender, 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool 15 minutes.

2Cook ground beef and onion together in skillet; drain. Stir in worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt.

3Layer over potatoes first the tomatoes, then the beef mixture, then the cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and potatoes are bubbly, about 10-15 minutes.
