This is a great church potluck dish. I took it once and they loved it!!

Ingredients For cheese potatoes

  • 1 pt
    half and half
  • 3/4 lb
    velveeta cheese
  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 1 lg
    bag southern style frozen hash browns, thawed.

How To Make cheese potatoes

  • 1
    Place hash browns in buttered 9X13 pan. (I used crock pot and it worked fine!)
  • 2
    Mix remaining ingredients and melt together. Pour over potatoes and bake 350* for 1 hour.
