Ingredients For caraway potatoes - kommenkartofler

  • 24 sm
    new potatoes
  • 1/2 c
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 lb
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    caraway seed

How To Make caraway potatoes - kommenkartofler

    Boil potatoes until tender in salted water. Drain. Peel. (I don't peel mine).

    Garnish with parsley and dill and serve doused with melted butter to which the caraway seeds have been added.
