Ingredients For caramel sweet potato casserole

  • 64 oz can
    sweet potato
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter (no substitutes)
  • 1 c
    whipping cream
  • 80
    mini marshmallows

How To Make caramel sweet potato casserole

  • 1
    Slice potatoes, place in greased baking dish.
  • 2
    Mix salt, brown sugar, flour and nuts. Sprinkle over potatoes.

    Cut butter in small chunks. Place on top of potato/dry mixture.

    Pour whipping cream over all.
  • 5
    Arrange marshmallows on top.

    Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
