    yams/sweet potatoes, or 1 can
  • 1/4 c
    marshmallows, optional
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1
    orange
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar

How To Make candied yams

    If using canned yams, drain yams and discard liquid.

    Arrange in baking dish.

    Pour orange juice over yams.

    Sprinkle liberally with brown sugar.

    Dot with butter.

    Sprinkle with marshmallows, if desired.

    Place orange slices on top.
