4 Tbspparmesan cheese

8 Tbspbacon bits

4pieces foil

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make campfire french fries

1Place each sliced potato on a square of heavy duty foil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon cheese. Toss to coat.

2Dot with 1 tablespoon butter, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons bacon bits. Seal foil, leaving a steam vent on top.

3Grill over hot coals 30-45 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times.
