    yucon gold potates peeled and diced
  • 15
    pearl onions peeled
  • 1 c
    frozen corn
  • 1 tsp
    each salt, cajun seasoning and paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp
    melted butter

How To Make cajun roasted potatoes with pearl onions & corn

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a shallow baking dish lay the potatoes in a single layer. Throw in the pearl onions and sprinkle the corn over top. Add the seasoning and stir.

    Drizzle the butter over the potato mixture. Roast in oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Until potatoes are tender.
