A quick and easy way to roast potatoes. They're a little spicy... adjust the Cajun seasoning to your preference (for more or less heat).

4 lgbaking potatoes (russets)

2 Tbspbutter, melted

2 Tbspcajun seasoning blend (your favorite)

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make cajun oven-roasted potatoes

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Peel potatoes and cut into large, even chunks (try to have all of the potato chunks the same size, for even cooking). Place in a shallow baking pan.

3Pour melted butter over the potatoes and toss until well coated. Sprinkle with the Cajun seasoning and salt.

4Bake, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
