A quick and easy way to roast potatoes. They're a little spicy... adjust the Cajun seasoning to your preference (for more or less heat).

  • 4 lg
    baking potatoes (russets)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    cajun seasoning blend (your favorite)
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make cajun oven-roasted potatoes

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Peel potatoes and cut into large, even chunks (try to have all of the potato chunks the same size, for even cooking). Place in a shallow baking pan.

    Pour melted butter over the potatoes and toss until well coated. Sprinkle with the Cajun seasoning and salt.

    Bake, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
