Ingredients For bunyan's diabetic cheesy spuds

12 cthinly sliced russet potatoes

2 lbsliced provolone cheese

1 ptheavy cream
-
1 ptsour cream
-
1 Tbspgranulated onion
-
3/4 tspgranulated garlic

salt & pepper to taste
How To Make bunyan's diabetic cheesy spuds

1Spray a 13X9 baking pan with Pam
-
2Add a layer of spuds, just enough to cover the bottom of the pan

3Add a layer of cheese slices
-
4Alternate the layers of cheese and spuds until your about 1/2 inch from the top, the last layer should be cheese

5Stir the seasonings into the heavy cream and sour cream pour over the spuds & cheese

6Bake in a pre heated 350 oven for 45 minutes to an hour or until the spuds are tender
