1PUT SLICED POTATOES IN A PIE PLATE OR MICRO PROOF PLATE N COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP N NUKE FOR 2 MINUTES...SLIGHTLY COOKD.

2WHILE POTATOES R BEING NUKED....SAUTÉ CHOPPD PEPPERS IN A COUPLE OF TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL.

3NEXT ADD SLICED ONIONS N SAUTÉ WITH PEPPERS ADD 1/4 TSP OF EACH SALT N PEPPER....2 MINUTES :)

4NOW ADD SLIGHTLY COOKED SLICED POTATOES N ADD REST OF OLIVE OIL N SPRINKLE WITH REMAINN SALT N PEPPER (N CAYENNE IF USING)....COOK UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWND 5-7 MINUTES ...N ENJOY :)
