  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, divided (u mite need more)
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    blk pepper
  • 1 or 2 pinch
    cayenne pepper...optional :)

    PUT SLICED POTATOES IN A PIE PLATE OR MICRO PROOF PLATE N COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP N NUKE FOR 2 MINUTES...SLIGHTLY COOKD.

    WHILE POTATOES R BEING NUKED....SAUTÉ CHOPPD PEPPERS IN A COUPLE OF TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL.

    NEXT ADD SLICED ONIONS N SAUTÉ WITH PEPPERS ADD 1/4 TSP OF EACH SALT N PEPPER....2 MINUTES :)

    NOW ADD SLIGHTLY COOKED SLICED POTATOES N ADD REST OF OLIVE OIL N SPRINKLE WITH REMAINN SALT N PEPPER (N CAYENNE IF USING)....COOK UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWND 5-7 MINUTES ...N ENJOY :)
