Ingredients For better than mashed potatoes

2 cpeeled and diced jerusalem artichokes
-
1 cdried pinto beans
-
1 calmound milk
-
1 cwater
-
4 Tbspearth balance
-
3/4 Tbspadobo
-
5chives, finely chopped
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make better than mashed potatoes

1Boil the Jerusalem artichokes and beans for 20 mins. Drain both. Place in food processor.

2Add all ingredients except chives. Blend till puree is formed. Add more water and almound milk for thinner mash. Mix in diced chives by hand. Place in serving bowl. Bon Appetit!
