Ingredients For barbecue potatoes

  • 1/4 c
    melted butter/margarine or vegan spread
  • 3 Tbsp
    catsup (organic)
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    light brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground red pepper
  • 4
    medium baking potatoes

How To Make barbecue potatoes

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease baking pan and set aside. In small bowl, combine, butter, catsup, chili powder, brown sugar, salt and red pepper. Blend. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. Place in pan and brush with some of the sauce. Bake 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with sauce until potatoes are tender. Enjoy!
