I ate this potatoes in a Valentine's lunch my friends did in my work. I like it very much and ask my friend for the recipe. I take some of the potatoes home and gave them to eat to my husband and he like it very much. He asked me when i was going to make them and I did a week later and they where as good as my friend's. Hope you like it too.

Ingredients For baked potatoes with turkey bacon and cream

3 lbpotatoes, medium

1 cheavy cream

1/2 Tbspsalt

5 cwater

12 ozturkey bacon

1/2 tspbutter

1 1/2 cmozzarella cheese, low-fat

1 tspcilantro, dried
How To Make baked potatoes with turkey bacon and cream

1Peel potatoes and cube them. Place potatoes in 5 cups of boiling water with 1/2 tablespoon of salt. Boil them until tender but firm, 12-15 min. Drain the potatoes and keep warm.

2In a skilet, melt the 1/2 teaspoon of butter and add the turkey bacon finely chopped. Cook it for 10 minutes in medium heat. Drain any fat. Set aside.

3Grease lightly a 9 by 13 oven mold (any kind). Put half the potatoes and add 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Sprinkle over the potatoes the turkey bacon and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. Top the bacon with the rest of the potatoes,the other 1/2 cup of heavy cream, the cup of cheese and the dried cilantro.

4Bake the potatoes at 325 F for 20 min. until the cheese is melted well. Let rest for 10 min. and serve.
