This recipe is a favorite at family get togethers. I like potato salad and wanted a recipe that would kick it up a notch.

Ingredients For baked potato salad

8-10 mdpotatoes, baked and cubed

1 csour cream
-
1 1/2 chidden valley buttermilk ranch dressing

1 pkgoscar meyer bacon pieces

2 Tbspbutter
-
1 mdonion, chopped

salt and black pepper, to taste

2 cshredded monterery and cheddar cheese
How To Make baked potato salad

1Baked potatoes in microwave oven according to microwave directions or in an oven wrapped in aluminum foil for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool slightly and cut into cubes.

2Saute onion in the 2 tablespoons of butter until transparent or soft.

3Combine potatoes, sauted onions, including butter, and the rest of the ingredients in a serving dish. Serve warm.
