I got the idea for these foil-baked potatoes from one of the members on this site (D.Bellinger) and have adapted it to our liking. It makes a delicious side dish !!

Ingredients For baked parmesean potatoes

  • 16 oz
    alexei brand frozen red potatoes
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt ( lawry's )
  • dash
    cooking spray

How To Make baked parmesean potatoes

  • 1
    Place potatoes evenly on 4 pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil in a single layer. Season with above seasonings using 1/4 on each section of potato slices. Spray with cooking oil.

    Fold the foil over the potatoes tightly. Preheat the oven to 425'. Place the foil packages on a cookie sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.

    Be careful opening the pouches. Enjoy !!
