I got the idea for these foil-baked potatoes from one of the members on this site (D.Bellinger) and have adapted it to our liking. It makes a delicious side dish !!

Ingredients For baked parmesean potatoes

16 ozalexei brand frozen red potatoes
-
1/4 cparmesan cheese
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspseasoned salt ( lawry's )

dashcooking spray
How To Make baked parmesean potatoes

1Place potatoes evenly on 4 pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil in a single layer. Season with above seasonings using 1/4 on each section of potato slices. Spray with cooking oil.

2Fold the foil over the potatoes tightly. Preheat the oven to 425'. Place the foil packages on a cookie sheet. Bake for 45 minutes.

3Be careful opening the pouches. Enjoy !!
