This recipe pairs well with any Pork Chop or Ham. I love the flavor that the sweetness gives to Chops and Ham. Hope you enjoy as well!

How To Make baked sweet potato pattie w/brown sugar & cinnamon
-
1Preheat Oven to 350° Using a glass or ceramic rectangular baking dish, butter bottom and sides of dish. (You can also use a disposable foil pan for this recipe.)
-
2Place Patties in dish. Make sure they are all laying flat, if possible, one might be a little off.
-
3Place butter on each patty as if buttering a biscuit. Sprinkle Cinnamon over each patty. Using your clean, washed, dried hand, get a handful of Brown sugar and place about a teaspoon on each patty, kinda sprinkling it on top.
-
4Place Patties in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes to an hour. If you want to brown them more you can place them under the broiler for about 10-15 minutes, watching them very closely. You do not want to over cook them, because the butter and brown sugar will crystallize and become very hard.
-
5Once done, remove from oven and your Pork Chops and beans should also be done. Ready to eat? Enjoy!
