I love this. I came up with this recipe because I wanted to find a new healthy side. that my kids would love. it`s a great way to get kids to eat vegetables!!

Ingredients For baked chessy potatoes and vegetables

6 lgred potatoes
-
1 bunchfresh broccoli
-
1 candrained carrots
-
1 or 2 pinchsalt and pepper

1 bunchfresh calflower
-
1 pinchgarlic salt with parsley

1/2 lbvelveeta chesse

1/2 stickbutter
-
1 cbread crumbs, seasoned
How To Make baked chessy potatoes and vegetables

1cop of the stems on the broccoli and cauliflower
-
2then drain the carrots
-
3rinse cut potatoes in to bite size pieces

4cut a half a block of velveeta cheese up into big pieces so it will melt easier
-
5place all ingredients in a baking pan cover with seasoned bread crumbs cover and bake on 375 until the potatoes are soft uncover about 15 mins befor it`s done so bread crumbs brown nicely !.
