    yucon gold potatoes peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 6 slice
    bacon
  • 3
    green onions chopped
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • cooking spray

How To Make bacon parmesan potato stacks

    Cook the bacon and chop reserving the grease. Spray a muffin pan. Place potatoes one piece at a time in a muffin tin. Sprinkle with cheese, salt and green onions on each piece. Just put a little bit between each slice

    Continue until all the tins have 1 potato in each. Top with bacon and drizzle bacon grease over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
