12yucon gold potatoes peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick

6 slicebacon

3green onions chopped

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

salt

How To Make bacon parmesan potato stacks

1Cook the bacon and chop reserving the grease. Spray a muffin pan. Place potatoes one piece at a time in a muffin tin. Sprinkle with cheese, salt and green onions on each piece. Just put a little bit between each slice

2Continue until all the tins have 1 potato in each. Top with bacon and drizzle bacon grease over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
