Ingredients For bacon and egg potato salad

  • 2 lb
    baby red potatoes
  • 2/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 4
    hard boiled eggs (diced and peeled)
  • 6 slice
    cooked bacon(crumbled)
  • 1
    red pepper(diced)
  • 1/2 c
    chopped drained bread and butter pickles
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make bacon and egg potato salad

    In pot, combine potatoes with enough salted water to cover; bring to a boil. Cook until tender, 15-20 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water to cool, then drain again. Halve potatoes in large bowl, combine milk, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the hard boiled eggs, red pepper, bacon and bread and butter pickles. Toss we'll.
