Ingredients For bacon and cheese brunch potatoes

  • 3 md
    russet potatoes,peeled and cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 4 slice
    bacon,crisp-cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c
    (4oz)shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    chicken broth or water

How To Make bacon and cheese brunch potatoes

    SLOW COOKER DIRECTIONS: Coat slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half of potatoes,onion,seasoned salt,bacon and cheese in slow cooker. Repeat layers,ending with cheese. Pour broth over top.

    Cover;cook on LOW 6 hrs or on High 3 1/2 hrs. Stir gently to mix and serve hot.
