Ingredients For aunt elizabeth's sweet potato casserole
- CASSEROLE

1 29oz cansweet potatoes (drained)

3/4 stickbutter

1 lg canevaporated milk
-
1 1/4 csugar
-
1/4 cplain flour
-
2 eggs lg(slightly beaten)
- TOPPING
-
1/2 clight brown sugar
-
1/2 ccoconut
-
1/2 cpecans (chopped)

1 ccorn flake crumbs

3/4 stickbutter
How To Make aunt elizabeth's sweet potato casserole

1Mix all 'casserole' ingredients together with mixer. Pour into 13"x9" dish, bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

2Mix all 'topping' ingredients together and top potatoes. Top with large marshmallows if desired. Bake 15 minutes more.

3If desired, prepare potatoes, cook and refrigerate the day before serving. Also, mix topping and put in a covered jar or bowl in refrigerator. Baking will take about 5 minutes longer because the dish is cold.
