This was simple but good. I was so cooking & baking out with Christmas & New Years. But we had to eat dinner. I went to the store & pick up the stuff to make this meal. Uncle liked it & asked for seconds. 1/1/12

Ingredients For all shook up chops tatoes & corn

  • 1 lb
    pork chops, boneless
  • 6 md
    potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt & pepper
  • 1 pkg
    shake n bake
  • 1 can
    corn

How To Make all shook up chops tatoes & corn

    Frist pre heat the oven to 350F. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Then spray with cooking spray. Next in the SHAKE N BAKE bag pour the coating and the salt & pepper. Then pour it out onto a plate. Then pat each pork chop into the SHAKE N BAKE on each side. Then place on the sheet & bake for about 15 to 30 mins.

    Then clean & cubed the potatoes. In a large frying pan pour 1/2 Tbsp E.V.O.O. Frying the tatoes with seasons until fork tender.

    Then in small pot warm the corn with a tsp of butter & season.

    Then plate your plate & eat.
