Ingredients For 114 candied sweet potatoes

  • 2 lb
    sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 c
    butter melted
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 c
    water

How To Make 114 candied sweet potatoes

    In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 melted butter 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir together.

    Poke holes in the sweet potatoes with a fork. Boil till fully cooked

    Once the sweet potatoes are cooked let them cool down. Then peel and cut 1/4 thin slices. Then place in a baking pan.

    Pour the syrup mixture over the sweet potatoes bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be eaten to enjoy.
