I thought of this recipe when there wasn't that much in the house to cook. Boy, it really turned out good.

Ingredients For 1 potato/2 potato & sausage

1 lbbulk sausage, browned and broken

1/2 canevaporated milk

2-3thinly sliced white potatoes

1-2thinly slice sweet potatoes

1 cancheddar cheese soup

1/4 cflour
-
1/4 tspsalt
How To Make 1 potato/2 potato & sausage

1Mix flour and salt together. Cover bottom of casserole dish with sliced potatoes. sprinkle with half of the flour and salt. Put undiluted soup on top in dollops, layer with sausage. Put sweet potatoes over all. (Doesn't need to cover entirely).

2Cover with foil. Bake in 350° oven for about 1 hour. Pour evaporated milk over all, cover and bake another hour or until potatoes are tender. Serve with a salad and enjoy.

3You could add any other veggies or flavors you like to this recipe. Mushrooms? Rosemary? Acorn squash?
